JobDescription : The Role : Senior Business Analyst, IT Service ManagementThe Team : The Digital Infrastructure team is responsible for IT Service Management, Financial Management, Metric, Analytics, IT Procurement, IT Vendor Governance and overall Program Portfolio Management within Digital Infrastructure. The team also focuses on the infrastructure integrations during Mergers & Acquisitions. The Impact : As part of the Digital Infrastructure Team, this position drives analytical capabilities across the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Infrastructure teams. This is a cross- functional position working with all ITSM stakeholders across Operational Services to ensure we are generating analytics that show trends and areas for improvement across all teams. What s in it for you : Own and continuously improve a global processes that enable proactive decision making by senior leaders Grow and develop a new tool, highlighting capabilities and assisting in the adoption of solutions to improve metrics Exposure to senior leadership by providing insights through metrics and analytics Responsibilities : Serve as process owner for Performance Analytics enabling click- button reporting and analytics within the Service Now Platform Interface with Service Now Process owners to implement industry standard reports for ITSM practices enabling transformation Collaborate with Senior Managers to develop and implement dashboards and drilldown reporting capabilities across all Service Now modules to further decision making and analysis Integrate executive level summary reporting into Tableau or similar BI tool Present findings to leadership teams to drive improvements across disciplines Support reporting and analytics as needed for the Digital Infrastructure portfolio Support process change as needed across ITSM disciplines What we are looking for : Basic Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in the field of computer science, management information systems, or business with experience in technology Advanced degree strongly desired 5 years analytical and project management experience in an infrastructure environment, Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem- solving abilities. Strong ITSM knowledge, ITIL certification a plus Service Now Performance Analytics experience BI Tool experience (Tableau or Qlik preferred) Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross- functional activities Strong leadership and management skills Successful track record in working in a global, multi- client environment Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate across various organizational teams, both technical and business focused Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment Experience working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi- task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management
