The incumbent will work closely with IT product teams including business stakeholders in Hyderabad and globally to analyze business requirements and capture in user stories and will work closely with developers translate to working applications. The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis, process modeling, writing user stories and working as part of an agile software development team. This position will require the incumbent to demonstrate effective teamwork, collaboration, and communication across IT and business stakeholders.If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team!Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation of BMS Drug Development business processes utilizing Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other related technologies. Analyze business requirements and capture user stories using JIRA. Experience in Visualize the Business Process Flows using Visualization Tools - BPM, MS Visio or Lucid Chart etc., Work closely with developers as part of the agile development team to translate user stories to working applications. Manage user acceptance testing, training, and change management associated with roll out of automation solutions. Prepare Functional User Manuals for end users. Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and other documentation as required by BMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and software validation processes. Provide functional guidance to developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are implemented correctly and are maintained effectively throughout their lifecycle. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and act as a catalyst and champion for innovation in Life Sciences IndustryQualifications & Experience 5 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, solution development and delivery Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, experience with agile development methodologies Experience implementing BPM solutions desired (e.g., Appian, Pega, Bonitasoft) Functional knowledge or prior experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain Familiarity with agile development methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders#HYDITIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesnt perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
