Job Description

Position Description Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintain a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • PMP/MBA
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
  • 7-9 years of overall experience
  • 4+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis
  • 3+ years of Six Sigma implementation experience
  • 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
  • IT/ITes background
  • Worked with cross functional teams
  • Completed 3+ BB Projects and mentored multiple GB Projects
  • Experience in leading Six Sigma and Lean trainings
  • Experience in mentoring GB projects
  • Hands-on experience on Statistical tool: Minitab
  • Knowledge and experience in digital transformation projects (Automation, MLAI, RPA)
  • Knowledge in Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation
  • Good with methodologies like DMADV, DMAIC, BPMS and Lean
  • Good with Stakeholder management
  • Capable of running multiple Six Sigma projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Skills: Six Sigma Tools, viz., Process Mapping, FMEA, GAGE R&R, Process Capability, Cause Effect Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Correlation and Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Control Charts, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Client Management experience
  • Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills
  • Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and process focus
  • Progressive, flexible and team oriented person
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Previous health care industry experience
  • Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience
  • Product Engineering knowledge
