POSITION SUMMARY: Conducts the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of Amdocs ClarifyCRM modules and related activities; Understands business requirements, designs the systems and delivers the solution; Applies knowledge of CRM subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques, and uses information gathered from system users to develop software; Corrects program errors, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls; Develops conversion and system implementation plans

LEVEL OVERVIEW: The Developer/Analyst Level evaluates, designs, develops and implements projects involving complex business requirements across multiple hardware and software platforms to meet business requirements; Documents computer programs for systems of moderate to high complexity; Develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions and functional specifications; Translates high level specifications for software components into designs and implements the designs. Requires a Bachelors degree and 3 - 6 years of progressive experience in systems analysis/programming using specialized languages or any combination of pertinent education and experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _ Execution of enhancements and releases _ Should have done GUI & DB Changes Changes to Application modules as per defined changes in CR Specification. Code changes and User Interface changes Database related changes in Development environment Enhancements/Modifications to Rule manager Development of procedures, schema changes, bug fixing in development environment. _ In Scope work for Interfaces. Designing new interfaces Modifying/Creating PL/SQL procedure in development environment. Testing PL/SQL Procedure Creating new shell scripts Production related issues (Example: Logic errors from Clarify side) _ System test support and bug fixing _ Acceptance test support and bug fixing _ Service Improvement activities _ Management of offshore activities Planning and control Progress Reporting Project Management

SPECIFIC JD TO THE POSITION: Job Responsibilities 1. Full lifecycle application development 2. Designing, coding and debugging applications (ClarifyCRM) 3. Maintains existing applications 4. Develops code that meets system standards 5. Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements 6. Develops and implements the most efficient and cost - effective solutions 7. Evaluates system specifications for business requirements 8. Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines Skills 1. Ability to technical standards, principles, theories and techniques 2. Extensively worked on Clarify Development Project/Support 3. Good Understanding of Clarify Architecture 4. Functional knowledge on ClearSupport, ClearLogistics and ClearContracts Modules 5. Experience on RuleManager Notifier 6. Knowledge of Clarify tools like UI Editor, CB Toolkit, DD Editor, DataEx and CBBatch 7. Experience with programming languages such as Clear Basic and PL/SQL(Packages) 8. Database systems experience with Oracle / SQL Server 9. Knowledge of PLSQL Developer/TOAD is desirable 10. VSS or other versioning control 11. Analytical and problem solving capabilities 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 13. Works well individually or in a group setting 14. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints 15. Successfully presents technical information Required Skill: Amdocs Clarify CRM 6.0, PL/SQL Optional: UNIX Shell Scripting, Data Analysis and Reporting Skills
