267400BRSenior Client Services ManagerJob DescriptionYour responsibilities include , but are not limited to: Main POC for client of assigned brand/TA/Publication Plan Responsible for leading the end - to - end delivery of the designated deliverables/events within assigned brand and/or TA from briefing through to completion Working in collaboration with the CSL , acts as stakeholder client relationship manager for clients Leads client meetings Responsible for delivery of assigned medical communication tactics/timelines for brand throughout the year Communicates clearly and frequently with client Provides proactive recommendations on medical communication tactics and solutions in clear & succinct manner to clients Responsible for keeping CSL briefed on medical communication activitiesSuccessfully serves as point of authority and/or source of advice for assigned client(s)Actively recommends PLS capabilities for innovative medical communication solutions to client requests Working with the CSM , provides CSL with accurate revenue and forecasting of Medical Communications activities (Events and Scientific Writing) for assigned portfolio Ensure tracking and evaluation of standard metrics.
