Job Description

  • Responsible for the operations and growth of the India Labs
  • Work with leader, managers and teams to ensure adoption and success of Pivotal Practices in their organizations
  • Partner with cross-support organization like facilities, strategy, vendor partner and university to successfully execute enablement strategy across specific site location
  • Collaboration with peers globally and build & participate in community of practice
  • Define and execute on-boarding of teams in Labs and assess team maturity using scorecard
  • Define and execute KPI for successful on-boarding and delivery of teams in lab. Perform Health checks of the teams.
  • Conduct Stakeholder and Boot camp workshops
  • Communicate to executive, leaders, managers and team success stories of the team in labs
  • Drive short and long-term vision, strategy, goal setting and execution for the India Dell Pivotal Labs
  • Work with cross-functional leaders at all levels to drive the Dell strategy and serve as thought leader and trusted advisor with extreme focus on customer experience
  • Mentor and coach team members and enable them in making bold decisions that can help transform the organization while delivering value to both internal and external customers
  • Strong track record of building and managing high performing teams.
  • Creative thinker who can enable the team to think outside the box
Desired Qualifications:
  • Pivotal Methodology experience is highly desired and a plus
  • Culture and process transformation experience is highly preferred
Qualifications:
  • Typically requires 18+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor s degree; or 6+ years with a Master s degree;
  • Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
  • Directs the efforts of others in achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
  • You have top-quality written and verbal communication skills, capable of public speaking and presenting in front of customers, at user groups, etc
  • A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives.
  • He/she must possess the technical knowledge and business understanding well enough to identify/define direction, requirements & gaps. Possess a track record of having successfully delivered on complex projects and possess global experience.
  • The successful candidate must be a team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to influence/sell ideas and present alternatives in a convincing fashion to a mixed audience, from peers to executives. This person will be seen throughout the organization as a model of integrity and ethical behavior.
