Candidate may be required to travel to Customer location across the globe on need basis and deliver services to Customer at expected levels OR achieve exceptional Service Improvisation performance. This role also demands sound understanding of Oracle Communications Applications OR relevant application so that candidate is able to articulate Business/Technology Issues to general accepted level of communicationDetailed Description Responsibilities:4 to 9 years of IT experience with 3 years of relevant experience focused on service reliability. DevOps, systems administration, application development, build, release and deploymentITIL CertifiedIncident, Problem, Change and Release Management Functions.Knowledge on applying methods and procures to update Service Level Agreements, generate Key Performance Indicator Reports to report Service AvailabilityExpert in communicating with Customer, Oracle Applications OR relevant stakeholders effectively.Willing to work in 24x7 Environment with Shift RotationShould have hands on experience on Running Major Incidents, communicating across stakeholders levels in high impacting Incidents.Experience documenting processes, procedures and best practicesAbility to identify Service Improvement Opportunities to deliver best in class service to the end Customer.Desired Profile Strong English written/verbal communications andExperience with working in Managed Services EnvironmentFamiliarity with Oracle CGBU Stack (BRM, OSM, ASAP, UIM, SOA, AIA)Strong Inter personal skills.Self-motivated individual who works well within a team and mentors the team.Willing to travel to customer sites across globe on a regular basis.Experience in working as part of Global/ Matrix/ Virtual teams.Self-driven & motivated.
