    • She/he must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then
    • Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
    • Handle queries from Telecom customers with the best use of customer service skills through chats and calls.
    • Candidate should have good verbal and writing communication skills.
