  • Be a Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
  • Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
  • Be technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
  • Participate and contribute in Sprint Ceremonies
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provide technical support to team
  • Help team in resolving technical issues
  • Closely work with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of overall experience - working on multiple layer of technology
  • .NET C#: 4+ years of working experience of creating applications using C#, .NET 4.0 and above versions
  • Agile: 2+ years of working experience in Agile team
  • Database: 2+ years of working experience of database (T-SQL) using Microsoft SQL Stack. Database Queries, Stored Procedures, Optimizations
  • 2+ years working experience of software configuration management and packaging
  • API /Web Services: Working experience in Web Services/API, SOAP and REST Architecture etc. using ASP.NET MVC, Web API
  • Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
  • Experience in using automated deployment and release management tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, Jenkins
  • Cloud: Working Experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, OpenShift). Capable of demonstrating how to develop a sample cloud based application/micro-services architecture
  • Open Source: Hands-on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
  • Product/Project/Program Related Tech Stack:
    • Front End: jQuery, ReactJS, NodeJS, D3
    • Back End: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, SOAP
    • Testing: JUnit, Serenity
    • DevOps: Azure DevOps, TFS, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Redis, Sonar, Fortify
    • Hosting: Azure Web App
    • Development: Methodology/Engineering Practices Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
    • Others: JMeter, Groovy, NewRelic
  • Data/Information Security: Good understanding of Data/Information security
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Maven/Gradle
