Job Description

    What youll do: Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific healthcare use cases, focusing on EHR applications. Train LLMs using state-of-the-art techniques and cutting-edge algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and clinicians, to understand requirements and design models that meet the needs of various NLP use cases. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and healthcare technology to ensure the continuous improvement and innovation of LLM models. Analyze and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for training and evaluation purposes. Optimize LLM performance, including efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, to meet business objectives and application requirements. Collaborate with software developers to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure seamless functionality. Develop and maintain documentation, including model. architecture, training processes, and deployment strategies, to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices. Stay informed about privacy, security, and compliance regulations related to EHR and patient data, ensuring adherence to industry standards.What makes you a great fit: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and training NLP based models or similar deep learning models. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, techniques, and tools. Familiarity with healthcare and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable. Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation techniques for large-scale datasets. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI, NLP, and healthcare technology. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
