Job Description

    Senior Delivery Director is a key member responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of projects, driving strategic conversations with clients about their IoT platform and delivering positive financial results across their client portfolio. This position partners closely with our internal sales team to drive revenue growth, with our Centers of Excellence team to identify the right minds for each engagement. This role also assists minds assigned to their projects with career and professional growth.
    • Lead Multiple client delivery, meeting revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction goals
    • Technical expertise in IOT, Data and Analytics and awareness in Cloud implementation Azure, AWS
    • Brings Technical and delivery expertise in order to shape the clients vision and support their in and around IoT Platform Delivery
    • Expertise in development processes (agile, iterative incremental and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices.
    • Responsible for approving estimates, schedule, staffing plans for projects and programs
    • Partners with clients to explain options and develop recommendations on how to best leverage Salesforce
    • Works with the NxT account director to bring the full set of NxT and Mindtree offerings
    • Serves as point of escalation for risks and issues with affect project or program execution
    • Works with Centers of Excellence and talent management team to identify and fill needs relating to staffing of projects and programs
    • Collaborates with partners across Mindtree, both in US and India, to drive delivery excellence in a manner most cost effective for our clients
    • Partners with other demand managers and members of NxT team to grow practice maturity and identify future business opportunities
    • A successful track record of leading successful pursuits of large consulting projects including IT projects.
    • Directing and managing large-scale strategic business process transformation projects
    • Budgeting/financial planning
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 22+ years of experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of projects, with experience of delivering products
    • 8+ years of project delivery experience managing of large projects or programs related to product engineering
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel as and when
    Technical Expertise (Good to have)
    • 5+ years IoT, Data Analytics, multi-cloud experience a plus
    • Complex Product Engineering / implementation experience
    Preferable Technical Experience:
    • Agile / Project Management certifications
