Take full technical ownership of various projects, be responsible to manage and technically support a growing team. Be involved in application development technical analysis & estimation, planning, coding, code reviews, testing, review of test results, defect fixes, and defect prevention. Design and architect complex, scalable, multi- tiered web and client server applications on .Net platform. Work with Architect in System analysis including business requirement analysis and identify problems or opportunities and recommend improvement or alternative approach to the application issues Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations. Assist the project leads and project managers in managing the successful delivery of projects through planning, coordination and leading development activities across the full delivery lifecycle. Identify areas of improvements and suggest necessary steps and processes to achieve them. Identify, analyze and manage risks and resolves issues that affect quality, release efforts, and schedule. Coordinate with the Project manager and Release manager in planning, scheduling, management of releases for code through development, test, and production environments across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios Work closely with the development team, QA team, project managers, business analysts, and architects at different locations. Report detailed project progress Tasks planned and completed, impending Project milestones, resourcing needs, risks, issues and challenges, and suggestions for improvements. Lead and mentor developers through coaching and knowledge sharing. Skills & Qualifications 5- 8 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (both waterfall and agile), release management and continuous development, continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Very strong working knowledge of ASP.NET (MVC), ASP.Net Core, C#, .Net Framework, Entity Framework, Windows OS and APIs, Web APIs Solid Hands- on experience in any client- side frameworks like AngularJS, Angular, Vue.JS etc. OOP and OOD, design patterns, n- tier applications, distributed applications, SOA Good working knowledge of SQL Server 2012 or above, creating the schemas, optimizing the queries, SPs, Implement using best practices of SQL Server by working with DB team. Strong knowledge of web standards in HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Bootstrap. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast- paced environment.
