We are seeking an exceptional, passionate and self-driven Software Development Manager in the rapidly growing Customer Service Management Engineering group to build highly innovative products in the Customer Service Management and associated domains.

Customer Service Management applications are used by the Customer Support departments of organizations and play a central role in allowing a company to provide support for its products and services to customers, improve customer satisfaction, retention and improve Net Promoter Scores. These applications include Case Management, Omni-channel Engagement, Field Service Management, Knowledge Management and Communities. We work on some of cutting-edge technologies in customer service domain including machine learning and virtual agents, as well as build world-class consumer user experiences.

A Senior Software Development Manager in this group is expected to:

  • Be a hands-on technical manager comfortable with design, development, coding, debugging and unit testing work.
  • Run a high-performance scrum team delivering critical new features in every release. Work in close co-ordination with Product Mgmt and QE teams.
  • Work with our customers in ensuring success of their implementations and upgrades.
  • Lead by example, act as a mentor and guide team members to higher levels of excellence.

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

  • E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with excellent academic record
  • 14+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of management experience
  • Deep understanding of Algorithms and ML/Optimization techniques will be a Big Plus.
  • Strong design and programming skills. High degree of proficiency in Java, HTML, Javascript and CSS. It will be good to have Experience in AngularJS, React and Bootstrap.
  • Experience in database design, schemas, data modeling, SQL, SQL tuning.
  • Experience in Product Development.

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience in field service management applications.
  • Experience in ServiceNow platform or applications.
