1.Should have sound knowledge towards block work, plastering, lift lobbies, entrace lobbies, wlakways, staircases2.Should have sound knowledge towards Toilet finishings,tiling, granite, marble works, false ceiling3.Should be able to study architectural drawings thoroughly4.Should have knowledge towards developing quantities of finishing items5.Must have keen eye towards extreme quality finishing works in residential & commercial high rise buildings6.Should have sound knowledge towards marble flooring, cladding works, granite flooring & cladding, wet & dry cladding7.Should be able to coordinate with multiple vendors & execute works as per tight schedules8.Should be able escalate any deviations or errors in the drawing to the concern9.Should have good knowledge towards AutoCAD & MS office10.Should have Bachelors degree11.Should be ready to work for extended working hours12.Minimum experience should be 7-9 years13.Should be able to handle 3-4 AEs & 6-7 in multiple locations at the same time
