Provides technical support to Engineering, Customers, Suppliers, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and QA/QC Supports mass market deployment and launch of connected products and solutions with extensive QA/QC testing and FMEAs Maintains/supports existing products and their field applications and sustaining engineering activities Aids in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing designs to fulfill the needs of customers, also communicates product challenges and customer specific requirements for resolution Supports the design verification and testing of smart embedded controllers, RF technologies, Gateways for various water management based connected products Troubleshoot and debug software/firmware written in C/C++ QA test of BACnet devices and solutions Creates test set-up and test spec requirements and ECNS. Supports development of product validation and compliance processes Other duties as assigned Job Specification: (Education, training and experience) Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Experience in QA/QC and test engineering 5 -10 years of embedded software / firmware testing / debugging experience including experience with APIs, system level firmware integration and testing, real-time control of hardware sensors and actuators, microcontroller peripherals [I2C, UART, JTAG, SPI and ADCs] System functional testing and verification methods and firmware release management Previous experience in application and testing of RF technologies such as LoRa(WAN), BLE is preferred ,
