Leveraging the data-rich features of the real estate industry, you will build state of art Machine Learning that enables users to search across billions of real estate listings and other data points, develop an industry-leading consumer experience for searching and selecting real estate, support the day to day productivity of a real estate agent with web and mobile applications while also supporting the growth of the worlds most scalable brokerage.At Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions India Pvt Ltd, You Will:Be a subject matter expert in relevant technology and product domainsLead and mentor engineers, tech leads and managersLead the effort in developing and launching multiple new products, and maintaining and improving existing productsContribute to creating an excellent work environment and engineering cultureContribute to building top quality engineering and Machine Learning teams and technology practicesWork with talented engineers, product managers, design engineers across geographies and have fun!What We Look For:About 8 years of applied research in Machine Learning *ML) or ML engineering experience, building highly scalable customer-facing ML applications and 4+ years of people management experienceA leader with hands-on development experience and an effective people manager with experience directly leading teamsExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive large scale ML applications and deploying them to production environmentsProven track record of agile management with multiple engineering teams and productsExperience grooming and developing other managersExcellent communication skills, utilized to collaborate both within Engineering and across all functions of the company to drive engineering initiativesExcellent mentoring and review skills to help engineers make technical and career progressBA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, MS/PhD preferred
