Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities: (Preferrably Male Candidates and Immediate Joinees) Implement and administer policies of the organization Identify ways to improve policies and procedures Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates Provide support to HR team members Offer proactive recruiting assistance Handle recruitment and selection process Source applicants through various job portals, newspapers and social media portals Performing job evaluations and job analysis Preparing job descriptions and issue to the newly joined Process payrolls also handle PF and ESI registrations Process of statutory compliance Handle joining formalities and induction for new staff Taking care of exit. formalities for relieving staff Regularly monitor employees bio-metric attendance Keep updating employee recordsPreferred candidate profile Applicant must be Post graduate in MBA/MHRM/PGDM any reputed College/ University Good communication skills with tech savvy.
