Job Description

    Job Title: Interior Designer (Residential Projects)Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-orientedInterior Designerwith strong experience inresidential design projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise inspace planning, concept development, and 2D/3D design toolslike AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with a strong design portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand client requirements through meetings, site visits, and design discussions
    • Developcreative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
    • Create2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D designsusing AutoCAD and SketchUp
    • Preparefloor plans, elevations, and detailed drawingsfor execution
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution
    • Ensure designs are aligned withclient expectations, budget, and timelines
    • Stay updated with the latestinterior design trends, materials, and finishes
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as anInterior Designer (Residential Projects preferred)
    • Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max / V-Ray (preferred)
    • Excellent knowledge ofspace planning, color theory, materials, and lighting design
    • Ability to createconcept boards, layouts, and presentation decks
    • Strongcreative thinking, visualization, and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and client-handling abilities
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelors degree/Diploma inInterior Design / Architecture
    • 3 years of relevant experience in residential interiors
    • Strongportfolio showcasing completed projects
