Job Description

Position Description Primary Responsibilities:

  • DevOps collaboration for 6 P1/CBA applications, during India time
  • Perform application/infrastructure changes such as release/DevOps support for 636 eBiz assets of Provider, Clinical, Eligibility and Horizontal Services LOBs
  • Join war rooms, ensuring overall application stability/availability/ADTM
  • Provide application integration (MQ), debug and root cause identification
  • Troubleshooting of self-service failure, Security issues, Performance issues, and Patching
  • In line with SLA response time for incidents
  • Apply IRM mandated patching resulting in unresolved VITS for our supported applications
  • Support for modernization and DevOps collaborative efforts in OSFI/Kubernetes cloud for above LOB CBA/P1 applications
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/MCA/Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 7-8+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle
  • 7-8+ years of Hands-on extensive experience in OSFI, Kubernetes Cloud, JBoss and Websphere
  • Clear DevOps understanding and Agile framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coordination skills
