Job Description

Job Summary:Senior/Lead DeveloperLocation: Madhapur, HyderabadPermanent Role with my Direct clientKeyAccountabilities:

  • Experience in solving business problems.
  • Hands on coding and strong development experience
  • Develop solutions to business problems
  • Prototyping solutions and give recommendation to improve client experience client experience.
  • Support Development and Deployment of application software releases to production and Non-Production environments
  • Collaborate with architectural peers, product owners, and globally distributed teams to understand requirements and develop application in compliance to client needs
  • Assist in the development of overall project plans and timetables, analysis and identification of intermediate deliverables
  • Coaching and leading team member
  • Responsible on Upgrade and Migration process
  • Perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications.
  • Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation.
  • Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs.
  • Build and execute unit test
  • Work within and across Agile teams (SCRUM)
Skills Required:
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 7 to 10+ years experience in software development
  • Team coordination, very good communication skills
  • Personal accountability and responsibilities
  • Experience in designing & building responsive applications
  • Strong experience with Java, Object Oriented, Design patterns
  • Strong experience in Spring framework and ReactJS and developing Scalable Microservices
  • Hands-on experiences in JPA
  • Experience in working with Microservice Architecture, Service-to-Service communication which provides highly available and scalable architecture.
  • Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration platform.
  • Expertise in developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON with best implementation practices and SOAP-based web services.
  • Knowledge and experience developing SPA by using React.js, Node.js, Redux, Babel and Webpack.
  • Very strong knowledge in coding standards and code review
  • Experience in CSS, HTML 5, experience in JavaScript ES6 and responsive design
  • Experience in relational database and SQL
  • Hands-on experiences in Build tools like maven
