Responsibilities & Key Deliverables_x000D_ To Lead the Embedded Application Software development, Module leads and Diagostic Tool development for the ME in-house sub-systems (Vehicle Control Unit VCU, Battery Management System BMS) 1) To lead and manage a team of senior software developers and software developers. Linemanagement responsibilities will include technical recruitment, appraisals, identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team2) To drive the strategic direction of our products & services taking into account emerging (Autosar) andlegacy technologies (Non-Autosar)3) Responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring it is in-linewith the company strategy and that projects are delivered on time and on budget.4) To keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies5) To develop the Diagnostic tool for all ME in-house modulesExperience_x000D_ >12 yearsIndustry Preferred_x000D_ Automotive - Tier1 / Automotive - Advance Engineering / Engineering Services / Embedded SoftwareQualifications_x000D_ M.E/M.Tech (Embedded Systems, Electronics and Comm)1) Excellent knowledge in Embedded C (Mandatory).2) Design Software components in AUTOSAR environment.3) Experience in implementing communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Flex Ray.4) Experience in embedded SW development & Complex driver development like EEPROM/ Flash Memory/DMA,Timers etc5) Hands on Experience with Debugger Tools and good debugging skills.6) Experience in SVN tools, ALM and Testing tools for SWBT and DWBT7) Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle process.8) Tools - CAN tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer.9) Experience in GUI Diagnostic Tool development.10) Experience in Diagnostic Protocol (UDS, KWP)11) In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering process (FMEA, Preliminary Hazard analysis) 12) Knowledge of vehicle electrical systemsGeneral Requirements_x000D_ 1) A senior level software developer with strong and successful technical lead experience2) Experience of leading a team of developers3) Advanced level (knowledge and experience) of programming languages and methodologies4) Advanced level of understanding of SW Architecture5) Experience of managing, directing and motivating staff to deliver projects with stretching scope and objectives6) Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills7) Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure8) Ability to solve problems quickly and completelyJob Segment: Engineer, Electrical, Engineering, Automotive, Responsibilities & Key Deliverables_x000D_ To Lead the Embedded Application Software development, Module leads and Diagostic Tool development for the ME in-house sub-systems (Vehicle Control Unit VCU, Battery Management System BMS) 1) To lead and manage a team of senior software developers and software developers.
