Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Partner with CHRO and marketing team to develop global employee communications strategy and platform
    • Drive the Druva culture through all programs and conversations
    • Develop content and collaterals to help us improve and communicate our employment brand
    • Help select an intranet vendor and then act as a content moderator to ensure the look, touch, feel of the intranet is consistent and engaging
    • Write core communications from the executive team
    • Active member of the HR leadership team
    Qualifications:

    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-orientated enough to be able to execute on key initiatives such as all-hands
    • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results
    • Experience in both larger and similar sized companies is helpful.

    • Global/International Experience an advantage
