Join us and start doing your lifes best work.(sm)PICTS (Payment Integrity Case Tracking System) product is used by the Anti-Fraud and Recovery System (AFRS) suite of products which helps Healthcare organizations for prospective and retrospective investigations of fraudulent claims and recovers the amount paid for them. PICTS is a case management tool that enables the investigators to gather and keep track of case investigation information for both Professional and Institutional claims. This product is built using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, MULE, KAFKA, Cloud technologies.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage software engineering team of size 8 to 12
  • Review code and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
  • Provide high level estimates; create delivery plan, execution and status updates to stakeholders
, Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services
  • Java with UI (Angular/React) and Micro Service Architecture experience
  • Hands-on experience in developing Cloud based applications
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle database
  • Application build & deployment using Jenkins/CICD tools
  • Hands-on in designing software solutions and architecture
  • Hands-on in using design patterns
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in Product Engineering
  • Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • U.S. Healthcare domain knowledge
