The ORM department is seeking highly qualified individuals to take leading roles within a newly formed Operational Risk Reporting and Operational Risk Services team, supporting Global ERM Risk Managers, to deliver a centralized delivery model for the operational risk framework and to create technology solutions. This includes but is not limited to; operational risk processes for risk reporting, administration and delivery of risk assessments, process re-engineering and to collaborate with global risk teams.
In conjunction with India ORM management, responsible for building out and re-engineering non-financial risk reporting and supporting risk services with technology solutions, specifically the operational risk reporting operating model to ensure effective identification, measurement and management of relevant risks.
The role includes, but is not limited to the implementation of the operational risk framework, accurate and timely delivery of operational risk services (e.g. risk identification (Targeted Risk Assessments), analysis and reporting; harmonization with other risk measurement and management programs), and liaising with business unit or legal entity risk managers to drive changes throughout the global footprint.
