Job Description

Job Details: 12 years - 20 years- Organization Change Management engagements - Held in business transformation from current state to different operating Model.- Creating Change strategy, training programs around it.- Establishing organization change management.- Benefits of the change transformation that has been adopted.- Complexity of the large scale engagements/ transformation and the change problem statement.Deep dive into the framework that they have applied( PROSCI or any patented in-house change management framework covering e2e change dimensions- from designing change strategy to execution which they should be able to clearly articulate contextualized to the client need).- Real examples / proof points of creating- Integrated program and change management plans, change prioritization / rationalization models, benefit realization approaches, change mobilization through super users/ evangelism, crafting and mapping User journeys, human centered and design thinking approaches overallchange governance that they may have deployed on their client engagements.- Specific work on engagements around Cultural transformations( culture assignments,current and target state client culture drivers, digital adoption, workforce transformation, M&A, managed services,etc).- Clear demonstration of existing and potential use cases where they have deployed Digital accelators on their engagements. Seek specific examples of digital artifacts that they have proposed for improved outcomes (Chatbots/ digital assistants, Stakeholder engagements approaches, run book documents that helped user stickiness, building RACI matrix across complex process changes etc).- Their POV on digitizing OCM, competitor benchmarking, industry/market opportunities/ white spaces etc
