Job Description

    Project Role: Senior Manager Performance Central Support - ReportingWork Experience: 8 to 12 YearsWork location: HyderabadWork Mode: HybridMust Have Skills: Tableau, creating of reports and dashboards, VisualizationDomain/Industry Experience: Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Life Science/ClinicalDevelop project and portfolio reporting visualizations and dashboards as a key capability and value driver. Implement the strategy and vision for building project reporting capability to support generation of actionable insights and facilitate decision making Responsible for the development of KPIs to assess health of the portfolio including time, financial & quality at the study, program, and portfolio level. Building relationships and collaborating with key cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to further shape our analytics capabilities; support select prioritized projects to upskill our organization, with a focused effort on R&D Resource. Management Partnering with IT team on Performance Central reporting system development Partner with the portfolio analytics and governance team in day-to-day operations and analysis Develop, write, and execute user acceptance testing of new reporting solutions Assist in resolving business challenges using systems and data Managing stakeholder accessQualifications: BS degree required, MS or MBA degree preferred. Minimum of six years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting. Experience in drug development at a mid-stage biotech or large pharma is preferred. Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, etc.), advanced database or modeling skills is preferred. Strong analytical skills, business knowledge and understanding of clinical development drivers. Demonstrated understanding and ability to define how the business can create value through the utilization of data assets and analytics. Proven ability to analyze, develop and contribute to development of conceptual plans and lead implementation of process improvements and change initiatives across the organization. Must be adept at working in a fluid environment and foster a strong collaborative spirit internally and externally. Strong personal skills to influence without authority within a highly technical environment, motivate others and manage conflict. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as demonstrated organizational aptitude,
