Responsible for generating process improvements that bring about measurable improvement in quality andor efficiency. Intake of requests from markets for change in processes Understanding requests and conducting impact analysis Facilitating decision making for requests by involving the right parties in alignment with global principles of standardization and simplification Drive initiatives to simplify and streamline the process Maintain yearly operations calendar for cyclical HR activities Laying down the framework, processes and ways of working for reporting while continually looking for opportunities to standardize and simplify Measure report insights on the metrics and KPIs for change request handling Collation, processing and reporting of HR operational metrics to key stakeholders Drive simplification and standardization and automation in reporting activities Design the framework and processes for managing the services provided to markets. Establish a cadence across markets to engage HR leaders and encourage two-way communication Ensure design standards are established, maintained and adhered to for any changes made to processes Embed compliance by design activities as part of change request impact analysis and design. Qualifications: 5-15 years of process improvement or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Work experience that demonstrates exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with effective outreach across a matrix ed virtual work environment Demonstrate ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems, and procedures and identifying improvements required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical, organizational, planning, problem solving and projectdecision facilitation skills required. Ability to travel maybe required. ,
