This person will have full responsibility of resource management in all aspects. Key Responsibilities Responsible for Resources/ Employees optimal allocation and utilization. Present to the Management on the billability and utilization targets vs indicators. Provide recommendations on target achievements and drive the plan. Thought leadership in resource billing and utilization. Responsible for working with the project managers to ensure smooth delivery of projects without any resource related issues. Ensure that the right kind (aptly skilled) of resources are placed in projects as per the need. Analyze the forecast for resources need, based on internal and external factors. Responsible for projecting resource needs on quarter to quarter basis and work closely with the recruitment team to drive hiring requirements. Help in maintaining a healthy pool of available resources across all practices. Work with the global recruitment and global HR teams, and responsible for managing global resource requirements. Driving the RMG team for accuracy in resource allocations in the system. Involve in enhancing the Resource Management System for effectiveness. Responsible to lead the Talent Development team. Derive the gaps in skill enhancement to the need and work with the practice managers on the plan for improvement. Drive the Competency building/ Skill enhancement for all the practices thru training and certification programs. Overview the appraisal process to ensure MBO setting and review process is carried in line with the RMG targets for all the practices (billing, utilization, skill enhancement). Mandatory Skillset 12+ Years of experience with post- graduation in Engineering / Science. Experience in resource management in IT organizations having more than 1000 employees across all disciplines across multiple geographies. Good knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in using Microsoft Office. Understanding of reporting tools like Power Bi is essential. Understanding of web development technologies. Experience in pre- sales in driving resource requirements is an advantage.,
