Do it here.What you ll be doing.Our SAP applications enable us to sell to customers through a huge variety of channels. You ll be part of our SAP team, responsible for ERP delivery, in S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP IBP integration and touch points, high-volume preorder/backorder portal, web services development, and backend programming. In addition, you ll join the core team that s developing and promoting DevOps and cloud adoption across various sales and web service applications. We re pushing ourselves to be more nimble and efficient as we redefine the retail landscape and you ll play a meaningful role.
• Leading the SAP Platform delivery team.
• Leading cross organizational teams and be adapt at managing deliverables through managed services.
• Working experience on managing SAP Project and Support project &teams in Finance or Supply chain background.
• Working with stakeholders onshore, offshore and vendor managed.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Assembling and coordinate project staff.
• Reviewing and provide guidance to project teams.
• Providing direction and support to project team.
• Monitoring and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to Senior Management.
• Projecting evaluations and assessment of results.
• Demonstrating capability to lead the team towards speed for delivery and speed for innovation.
• Demonstrating out of box thinking for enriching customer experiences.
• Driving innovative mindset in the team.
Where youll be working. In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in SAP Projects and portfolio Management.
• Experience in Managing SAP E2E deliveries.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain/ Plant Maintenance/ Financewith minimum three full cycle SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience in Business Processes relating to SAP Logistics and Integration with Finance-SD, MM, IBP and Ariba.
• Experience in handling SAP Support projects.
Even better if you have:
• Any Masters Degree.
• Domain knowledge in SAP Supply Chain .
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Strong hands on expertise in team mamangement, Project Management, Analytical and Organtisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively accross a global team.
• Proven ability to perform in challening environments.
• Knowledge on SAP functional or Technical.
• Strong people management skills.
• Expertise in handling Vendor teams.
