Our engineering team is growing, and we re looking for great leaders who can help us attract, mentor and retain smart engineers. This role will lead squads which will be responsible for developing leaner experience system with great passion towards building best of the breed user experience.OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:Hands-on design and code implementationCoaching, mentoring and recruiting engineers that know what great software looks like, and want to create itFacilitating continuous learning for yourself and your teamDriving continuous improvement and technical excellenceHelps the team adapt and improve SAFe practicesMentor engineering teams through formal and informal discussions, design reviews, technical presentations, peer code reviews, etc.Establish credibility with brilliant engineers quicklySKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:14+ years of strong software engineering background working with cloud-based enterprise solutions2+ years of experience as a managerin-depth experience with ReactJS, Redux, GraphQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and modern front end frameworks like ReactVery strong and hands-on experience with open-source tools and technologies such as node.js, react.js, Postgres, Kafka CassandraStrong understanding with technical integration technologies such as API operations and XML and JSON concepts, as well as other web and database technologiesHave demonstrated experience managing technical teams, setting goals and crafting plans to achieve themExperience leading high performing teams with local and remote membersVery strong experience leading team in Agile culture and preferably SAFeProficient at building engineering teams that ship with predictability and high qualityExperience in continuous integration / continuous deployment processesExperience building AWS based public cloud solutions for large-scale enterprisesExperience working with DevOps and experience with containerization and AWS to support internal engineering activities is a plus
