Job Description

    The Job Responsibilities Include:
    • You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.
    • You will perform end to end OPT recruiting such as sourcing, screening, and as needed interview coordination
    • Work with Sources (On site and Off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and manage the sourcing process.
    • Mentor sources as needed
    • Search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed for job openings.
    • Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
    • Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions.
    • Contact references and perform background checks on job applicants.
    • Perform on boarding coordination with the HR & back office team Hire or refer qualified candidates for clients.
    • Search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses. Test applicants, contact references and do interview coordination.
    • You are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.
    • Your monthly Target is 5-6 Profiles.
    Role and Responsibilities as Sr.Bench Sales Recruiter:- Submitting consultants profiles to Prime / Tier 1 Vendors.
    • Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
    • Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing about requirements and submitting as per their comfort.
    • Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is placed in minimum turnaround time.
    • Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management.
    • Negotiating and taking rate confirmation before submitting the consultants CV to vendors.
    • Handling post-interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback
    Desired Candidate Profile:-
    • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Must have strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales.
    • Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors.
    • Good knowledge about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099,
    • Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD
