Job Description

Senior PM ManagerAzure s serverless platform services help developers to quickly build, deploy and scale web apps. These services support a wide range of development frameworks, hosting workloads ranging from the largest enterprise customer applications to developers just getting started on their cloud journey. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the serverless team and help drive customer adoption and feature designs addressing our most demanding workloads.To be successful in this roleYou have a good mix of technical and business acumen and you learn quickly. You can get work committed and delivered by your partner teams when you need it, and not when they say they can deliver it because you have convinced them of the value to our customers and have suggested innovated approaches to delivery.   • Engage with customers to define cloud monitoring services the light-up customer value
  • Define, drive, prioritize, and specify functional scenarios for management platform features
  • Provide thought leadership to the development team building key functionality, working with customers to get feedback, and iterating to improve
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and executing deliverables
  • Partner across the business and engineering teams to develop capabilities that drive success for the broader cloud management capabilities
  • Define and develop automation to track and communicate customer success metrics
, Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of enterprise product and/or cloud service development experience as a PM with a proven track record of shipping and delivery
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Deep experience in the entire service engineering lifecycle and live site operation at Cloud scale
  • Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies (agile, scrum, and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps)
  • Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results across multiple engineering organizations
  • Proven track record in the development and delivery of effective technical strategies and multi-year roadmaps
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field required; MBA is highly desired
