Job Description

  • 3.5 to 8 years of ITSM process implementation/ development experience
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the implementation of ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL) process
  • A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards
  • Must be able to think out of the box
  • Provide input to assist with continual improvement
  • Regularly discuss current workload, issues, concerns, etc.
  • Challenge team members to broaden their thinking about the environment and applications
  • Ensure all work adheres to best practices
  • Operate & Maintain: Manage ServiceNow platform and technical environment
  • Standards & Documentation: Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents
  • Liaise with other internal teams to ensure service management standards and ITIL best practices are implemented in ServiceNow practices and procedures
  • Ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for platform
