This team drives core developer scenarios in OXO for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other apps with high reliability and efficiency while defining and delivering initiatives across COGS, Security, Compliance and Service Infrastructure, Automation, Build with partnerships across Microsoft.As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead the product roadmap for infrastructure that drives the second largest productivity service in the world. You will partner with software engineering counterparts to define the direction and strategy. Your goal will be to leverage and build latest CI/CD techniques abstracting the internal and repeatable details and ensure optimization at coding, maintainability, and management levels.Along with formulating the strategic plan you would also be creating clarity in requirement, demonstrating customer obsession with a growth mindset who can work in in ambiguous situations to enable Office engineers to deliver and run these services.ResponsibilitiesBring your technical aptitude, eagerness to solve difficult problems and ability to build the product roadmap to:

  • Formulate vision, value proposition, and strategy.
  • Be able to translate the big picture into detailed and effective functional requirements and drive project execution.
  • Have a hands-on approach to writing developer specs and perform design reviews.
  • Create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time.
  • Promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making, define key result metrics and measure success.
  • Engage directly with internal customers and partners to integrate feedback and extrapolate customer benefit for improved product plans.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to work across different teams, partners, and geo location.
  • Foster a strong working relationship with engineering and partner teams.
  • Embrace an adaptable and flexible organizational culture and thrive in our fast paced and evolving industry/technology.
, Qualifications
  • Experience that spans the full software/service delivery lifecycle SW engineering, Program Management and Data Science/Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience shipping services
  • Candidate would be hypothesis driven, with a passion for data and a bias for action.
  • Candidates should be experienced in framing and participating in data-driven business decisions, including measuring, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate complex ideas and concepts to leadership and deliver results.
  • Candidates must be comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex, high dimensional data from varying sources to solve difficult problems.
  • The Team player with proven ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Bachelors or higher degrees in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
