MIS report preparation (Critical project analysis) WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: QUALIFICATION: MBA/ PGDBM from reputed college EXPERIENCE: 0- 2 years experience LANGUAGE: English and Hindi EXPERTISE- ESSENTIAL: 1. Knowledge of the sector. 2. Management Information System 3. Good hands- on experience in project management with a demonstration of impact indicators PERSONAL QUALITIES& BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS: 1. Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools; data compilation and presentation skills 2. Patience and empathy in dealing with the community and the project team 3. Enjoy working in a busy, deadline- driven, creative environment 4. Good coordination, communication, interpersonal and liaison skills with different stakeholders 5. Good documentation and presentation skills 6. Must be willing to travel as per project requirement. 7. Knowledge of Kannada or Marathi will add value along with Hindi and English.
