Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Looking for a Dynamic and Qualified Finance and Accounting professional for one of our Australian based client. The role will be based out of Hyderabad and would work closely with the team in Australia. The ideal candidate would be responsible to handle prepare, compute, manage, and analyze all accounting and financial data of the company, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of business from time to time. Job Description and Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY / POSITION OBJECTIVE: To attain personal and company targets through delivering quality recruitment outcomes to both candidates and clients via cold calling, warm calling, emailing, whatsapp messaging, text messaging, email campaigns, networking, blogging, social media articles, videos, short listing and . DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial behaviors: Meets 100% of the below KPIS(Min Role Requirements) Connect Candidate Calls 600 Per month Emails to Candidate 500 Per Week Whatsapp messages 400 Per Month Linkedin Messaging 400 Per Month CVs out for jobs 10 Per week Client Interviews 6 Per week Billing Target $15,000 Per month Core behaviors - Training Manual, 100% understanding and application including 80% mark across training manual internet quiz - Maintain an updated daily plan and sends daily to the managing director and team leader. (Minimum time spent daily on daily plan 15 minutes. Recommened time 30 minutes) - Email a summary daily to Team Leader and Managing Director, And Operations Manager, about what was achieved - Daily Review of Metrics achieved and emailed to MD - Daily review of CVs pending feedback, interviews pending feedback, and updated CV requested pending action - Cross referrals to other areas of the business (1 referral per month) - Candidate Market Mapping is absolutely critical further guidance will be given. But core element is job title, current company, linkedin, contact details, whatsapp details, best time to contact details, Previous experience, years of experience, Motivations, current employment availability, rating, communication skills, other agencies and stage in process, etc - Maintains company database as per company requirements (categorizing candidates skills, position title and communication, contacts hiring skills, companies industry, employee numbers, names and position title, logging of all jobs, shortlists, interviews, offers, 100% accuracy, 100% of the time) - Comply with all the companys policies & procedures - Resourcing and shortlisting of candidates Non financial behaviors 1. Candidates - Keep in regular contact with candidates to review progress - Search / shortlist CVS in line with the job order request. Ensure CVS are of a specific standard and are reflective of clients requests i.e. must be job fit. NO CANDIDATES MUST BE SHORTLISTED THAT DO NOT MEET THE SELECTION CRITERIA - All candidates must have Years of Experience and Industry filled in for every profile you vist - Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews - Prepare candidates for prospective clients - Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs - Offer career counseling to candidates and inform them of market trends - Seeks cross sell opportunities and referrals from candidates through referrals and conducting testimonials - Instills a sense of urgency with all candidates follows up within an hour of an interview occurring - Gains exclusivity for the right candidate and has a demonstrated amount of exclusive candidates Other Company Database - Records all activities and processes on databasei.e. record all phone calls, record the whole interview to placement process including consecutive interviews - Records are well written and help secure future sales - Ensures all candidates and clients are categorized correctly - Utilizes the search function of the database effectively General, behavioral and personal development - Attends all relevant internal and external training sessions and meetings on time - Reads and passes on relevant industry information - Provides feedback to team and management - Accountable for own performance - Self-starter: shows initiative in all aspects of role e.g. learning and development - Promotes accountability amongst the team in all areas of the business, examples include KPIS, politics and gossip - Successfully completes all training modules - Willing to accept feedback from Management and ability to modify behavior in response Administration duties - Verification of qualifications and reference checking - Carry out work in line with key processes and QMS (quality management systems) - Any other duties as required SKILLS / BACKGROUND REQUIRED - Background in recruitment or sales is preferred but not essential - Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel - Typing speed of 35 words per minute - Experience of working in Australia Recruitment Market would be an added advantage,
