As a Senior Consultant at EY, you will be stepping into a client-facing role within a rapidly growing practice. Your main responsibility will be to build strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives of globally recognized brands. By leveraging EYs global network, you will gain valuable experience to become an exceptional Risk Advisor.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Client Management** - Understand the clients business and industry trends - Develop strong relationships with clients and onshore client teams - Maintain proactive communication and rapport with clients- **Market Leadership** - Participate in business development initiatives - Support the practice in creating thought leadership content and innovation initiatives- **Primary Responsibilities** - **RCSA** - Review narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrix - Coordinate and document walkthroughs - Utilize operational risk metrics and reporting - Manage risk and control self-assessment - Prepare and present assessment reports - Lead or participate in RCSA-related projects - **Control Testing** - Coordinate and complete control testing - Document results, gather evidence, and identify exceptions - Communicate test findings and identify improvement opportunities - **Quality Control** - Meet quality guidelines within established turnaround time - Support knowledge management culture - Mentor and coach junior team members- **Operational Excellence** - Ensure compliance with risk management strategies - Manage engagement budgets - Support supervisors in developing marketing material and business proposals - Plan and schedule staff levels for engagements**Qualifications:**- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, Big 4 experience preferred- Graduated in Accounting/Business from a reputed university- CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance/Chartered Accountancy (India)- CIA or similar certifications preferred- Proficient in MS-Office Suite and data analytics tools- Working knowledge of Process modelling tools- Technical experience in Finance, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate discussions- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team- Ability to prioritize deliverables effectivelyJoin EY in building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
