Job Description

    Senior Sales Executive:The Role:We at iDesign Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and dynamic SalesExecutive as part of our high performing Sales Team with either 2 or a maximum of 5 year of experiencein similar profile across industry. The incumbent will be responsible for optimising business targets,expanding customer database, championing set annual targets and cross-selling initiatives.She /He will be required to generate new leads through multiple online/offline channels and travel acrosslocation as per need basis. The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment with multipleteam members. She /He would be based out of Hyderabad and would report to the respective person.Responsibilities and Duties: Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demonstration on products and services Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsSales Representative Qualifications/Skills: Customer service Meeting sales goals Closing skills Territory management Prospecting skills Negotiation Self-confidence Product knowledge Presentation skills Client relationships Motivation for salesRequirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. Extremely comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals,messaging etc., Should be target oriented to achieve the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area) Should effectively coordinate with Team members, Managers. Should be from IT background with MBA/BE/B. Tech.
