Senior Soft Services ExecutiveProperty And Asset ManagementWhat this job involvesWhat s your ambition Is it a big goal or small steps Professional or personal We d like to know because at JLL, we make your ambitions our business.And if you have ambitions in Property Management, join us to be inspired by the best.Youll work as a Sr. Executive Soft Services, reporting into the Property Manager.In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a clean and healthy environment in the property
  • Maintain all duty roasters of staff.
  • To ensure thorough cleanliness of common area flooring of the premises all the time including the offices, service rooms, passages, lobbies, restrooms and toilets, etc.
  • Make a round of entire assigned area, checking for items in need of immediate attention such as burned-out lights, spots on hall carpets or walls, trash in stairwells etc.
  • Removal of garbage from the premises including its collection at one place and arrangement for its disposal away from the said premises as per the statutory norms.
  • Regular cleaning of fittings and fixtures including luminaries, handrails, special features, signage and graphics, blinds, wood panelling, glass partitions, computers, telephones, office equipments, cigarette disposal units, potted plants, etc.
  • Ensure all the cleaning activities are competed as per the schedule.
  • Submit the various checklists to the Property Manager, at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
  • Inform all discrepancies and maintenance requirements brought to notice by the staff and by the own observations to the Estate Manager promptly.
  • Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
  • Supervise all houseboys for their effectiveness, working methodology.
  • Ensure economical use of chemicals.
  • Monitoring /documenting daily, weekly, bi weekly and monthly consumption of chemicals and consumables.
  • Ensure all janitors are in proper uniform and well groomed.
  • CRM Club house admin activity

You ll need between two and four years experience in Facility (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.
