Job Description

Job Description*:

Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Provides guidance and checks the work of less experienced associates.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in design, development and implementation of web based technology platform(s)
  • Participates as an individual contributor, completing activities as a part of a team related to special base production support activities or operations
  • Should be able to work as team member and ensure high quality of deliverables
  • Should assist in the release/deployment activities.
  • Should participate in requirement gathering, analyzing the issues and fixing the issues.

Requirements

Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Certifications If Any: NA

Experience Range: 3- 5 yrs

Mandatory Skill:

  • 4+ years of experience in C#, ASP.net, JavaScript.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS and stored procedure development.
  • Experience in designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging new application and enhancements to existing software product.
  • Experience developing software with ASP.NET
  • Strong experience in Object Oriented design and development
  • Experience with .NET Framework 4.0/4.5, LINQ.
  • Experience with web server configuration, management and tuning (IIS Preferred)
  • Full development lifecycle and support tool experience: GIT , Jira, Visual Studio
  • Identifying, documenting, and closing out bugs

Desired skills

  • DevOps experience using Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA, Sonar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas and solutions
