Your future duties and responsibilities:
Member need to perform SSE Role and take complete ownership of the deliverables and handle onsite/client communication. Able to understand the requirements (SRS) and develop HLD/LLD based as per application standards Able to prioritize delegated work and provide regular updates to Lead Able to groom graduate hires and get best out of them Able to identify automation opportunities in day to day work Be a good team player and at the same time add vaule to the project by bring in his technical expertize in solutioning Able to escalate on need basis when it requires management attention
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Total Experience 4-7 Yrs in IBM BPM IID Strong hands on experience on IBM BPM(WPS, BPEL,and Mediation) development Candidate should have good analytical, problem solving, design, communication and comprehension skills, someone who could truly bring IBM WPS/BPEL/Mediation expertise to the table would be an attractive candiate Hands on development experience on Java, REST/SOAP Webservices, MQ , File, SFTP, JMS integrations is a must Strong XML and XSLT experience WPS Admininistration skills are good to have Desired to have UML/Design skills Knowledge on Unix command skills are good to have
