  • Develop program logic for major changes based on business requirements and analyst specifications
  • Subject Matter Expertise on best practice and help the roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform
  • Perform unit testing and maintains test cases for functional and regression testing
  • Drive the improvement of our ServiceNow implementation and service offerings based on user feedback
  • Create custom workflows to support business processes
  • Create integrations and process automation using ServiceNow
  • Work with IT ServiceNOW vendor Team and other key client stakeholders within IT and the Business
  • Prior experience with Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
  • Server side java programming, Database connectivity, performance tuning, troubleshooting, Multi-threaded programming
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure design, implementation, administration, planning, developing
  • Team Player in an agile team with sprint process knowledge
  • Collectively responsible for end to end user stories development
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provide technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
  • Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s in Computer Engineering/Sciences
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and integration solution
  • 3+ years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Good experience with ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Request/Change management)
  • ServiceNow Development
  • Java Script coding
  • ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly, Angler 1.5
  • Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
  • Web services (REST)
  • Experience in various web development technologies such as jQuery, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and XML. Proven experience developing applications using one or more of the development platforms is required.
  • Java Programming skills
  • Experience in multi-threaded environments
  • ServiceNow Admin
  • Technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Minimum experience with JavaScript at least 5-7 year and should able to have good technical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a contributing member of a small specialist technical team
  • Ability to work backend development and understand the design
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other ServiceNow certification
