Your future duties and responsibilities:
1.This position is a highly skilled role. The individual will be responsible for administration and maintenance of Mongo DB production and non-production databases. 2.Install, deploy and manage MongoDB on Enterprise IT or Cloud - Create, configure and monitor large-scale secure, MongoDB shared clusters. 3.Support MongoDB in a high availability, multi-data center environment. 4.Administer MongoDB Ops Manager monitoring, backups and automation. 5.Configure and monitor numerous MongoDB instances and replica sets 6.Automate routine tasks with your own scripts and open-source tools 7.Improve database backups and test recoverability regularly 8.Log rotation 9.Database Health check 10.Database Migrations and Updates 11.Available to be on call after hours as needed 12.Experience in managing MongoDB with multiple shards cluster to support multi-tenant highly scalable system 13.Experience in MongoDB highly available fault-tolerant system with disaster recovery, data life cycle management 14.RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) hands on experience is a plus 15.Other NoSQL db like Redis, Cassandra, CosmosDB hands on experience is plus Qualifications 16.Experience in scripting using Shell script or Python is a must have. 17.Excellent communication skills
