Job Description

Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools, design principles and conventionsConfigure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understandUnderstand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control processSolve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutionsMaintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phaseCoordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flowWork as a Project Manager and manage key client projectsCoordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scopeOversee all aspects of projectsSet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projectPrepare reports for upper management regarding status of projectWork directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budgetCoordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needsDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsRequired Qualifications:BE/B.TechRelevant hands-on Automation experience using UiPathExperience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, SecurityExperience in programming in VB, C#, .NETExperience in implementing keystroke and mouse operation based eventsExperience in using UiPath orchestratorExperience in using all the four manage, deploy, execute and monitor componentsExperience in using UiPath studio for process modelingExperience in GUI automation, SAP Automation, Screen scraping and excel Automation using tailor made solutions from UiPathExperience on Metabots and in developing intelligent solutions using MetabotsExperience in developing and invoking Workflows/Passing variables to a task/calling a task or multiple tasks from another taskWorking experience on mainframe systems and remote applications like CitrixGood exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in UiPathStrong knowledge of Software Development Life CycleGood knowledge on HTML and CSS concepts to understand the properties of web components for efficient and quick troubleshooting and analysisKnowledge of local and global variables and interlinked tasksKnowledge of applying UiPath object cloning methods on Browsers like Chrome and FirefoxGood understanding of systems and troubleshooting abilitiesBasic DBMS skills and SQL skillsGood application modeling skills and knowledge of different recording mechanisms of UiPath like object cloning, Optical character recognition, image recognition modesBot Deployment and Management/Exposure to Control room and Release ManagementAbility to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solutionsAbility to document the proposed solution which includes a definition of the user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed systemAbility to provide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the UiPath solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of delivery lifecycleAbility to manage version control and robot log aggregationPreferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certificationKnowledge of programming in Java and HTML,
