Primary Responsibilities:Requirement collection & solutioningPutting the solution proposal for business to understand the need & ask of the solutionConducting workshops with business to help them understand their needs to find out right solutionGuiding engineering team to breakdown solution into the meaningful componentLift and shift Existing application into the cloud environmentRefactor existing application to cloud compatibleRe-architecture of legacy application into the cloud environmentConducting CBAMinimum viable product (MVP) to the end customerPriority Important Feature delivery of productDrive technical architecture, design and best practices in the capacity of individual contributor as well as in a consulting modeWork with local tech team on our state-of-the-art business application platformProvide guidance and architecture related to public cloud migrations and containerized solutionsLead and develop teams focused on modernization, enablement, and engineering cultureCreate quick working proof of concepts to validate and formalize solutions and designOwn the overall technical design and direction of the developed productBring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystemsParticipate in debugging and performance tuning in a high performance cloud platformInvolve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may ariseDesign DiscussionsDocumentation reviewArchitecture/Code reviewsUnderstanding business requirements and translating them into high level implementation plans & flows for development and capability teamsCreate solution roadmaps and proposals aligning to business objectives and goalsProvide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependenciesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
