The role will support the efforts to disseminate best in class scientific and clinical data of innovative medicines in development.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work in close collaboration with Strategy Director, Senior Strategy Manager and LT members in driving key Medical & Knowledge activities and strategy initiatives as defined by Strategy Director Support colleague engagement meetings and prepare and manage all promotional materials to support Business Partners and Services Lead and manage preparation of offsite meetings, Townhalls and events (e.g. Practice Off Site Meetings); Support in defining agendas, delivering content and lead preparation for key leadership engagements and meetings including visits to NGSCs Support demand planning process and tracking in terms of resources needed in the practice. Lead culture and employee engagement initiatives across the practice aligned to our organizational objectives Support and drive change management initiatives and embed a spirit of collaboration across CONEXTS; Develop the brand voice for MKS practice and leadership and embed across all platforms Establish and drive effective, multi-channel engagement and employee engagement campaigns for internal associates & client colleagues; Support build-up of NGSCs including input to capability development programs Actively drive collaboration and best practice across CONEXTS, to support an integrated approach to meet business delivery needsEEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements Graduate Degree in business or life sciences (or) master s in business administration or equivalent; MBA with specialization in Marketing/Innovation/Digital/ from leading institute would be a strong plus; Experience working in a Business strategy role The successful candidate will have 5-10 years proven experience in strategic /change management/project management roles; Experience in developing and implementing cultural campaigns and promotional materials Managing delivery of projects across complex matrix, cross cultural & global environments; Experience in implementing successful organization change management initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships at a senior level; Proven communication & marketing skills; Program management, seniors stakeholder s management skills Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to work in a global matrix environment; Demonstrated skills in processes / problem solving approaches Excellent Project & Change Management skills; Demonstrated influencing and leadership skills in a matrix organization; Strong business acumen Strong presentation skills, persuasive and articulate; Fluency in English, excellent written composition skills; Pharma experience is of benefit but not essentialWHY NOVARTIS769 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2020, and while we re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people s lives.We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
