Participate in walkthrough with business analyst and understand the requirements.Participate in discussion with Solution Architect and understand Non-Functional RequirementsGuide the team on the NFR break down to test scenariosGuide the team in case of any blockers (technical or functional)Create test scenarios and document the same in ALM.Develop the test scripts for the test scenariosExecute of test scripts in appropriate environment.Log defects in ALM with appropriate evidence.Proactively follow-up with relevant stake holders to track defect resolution and closure.Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, interoperability and end-to-end system testingDesired Profile:8 to 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years experience in performance testingGood to have experience in leading a teamGood experience of working with load runner toolStrong knowledge on performance ScriptingStrong knowledge on Java/Java script programmingStrong knowledge on SQLExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios.Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRAExperience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALMKnowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience working in an Agile / Scrum environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsBS or BE degree preferredBanking experience is preferredTech Skill Sets:Experience in writing scripts in Load RunnerExperience in running the tests from HP Controller and Performance CenterExperience in performing End to End performance testing and analysisExperienced in all phases of Performance Testing Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Monitoring.Providing Application tuning and recommendationsKnowledge of different Application Servers, Portal Technology and SOAP, REST services.Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, Linux/Unix.Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRAExperience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM,
