Job Description

  • Work with the existing Test Environment, Release and Infrastructure teams to manage and control schedules of projects that proceed through test network.
  • Manages test data and environments; supports Quality Management Data Analysts in creating test data management approaches in support of business domain
  • Manage multiple environments including System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
  • Provide support and escalation point for any environment issues from QA and support teams
  • Establish and produce management reports to show the utilization and status of all environments.
  • Performing system and environment management tests to prove system and infrastructure functionality and performance
  • Review entire environment and execute initiatives to reduce failures and defects, and to improve overall performance. Assists in environment setup for integration of solution components. Test application integrations with 3rd-party systems. Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
  • Communicating effectively with project teams, resource management teams, IT management and executive groups and all project stakeholders
Required Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in test environment management and performance testing
  • Good to have experience in leading a team
  • Good experience of working with load runner tool
  • Strong knowledge on performance Scripting
  • Strong knowledge on Java/Java script programming
  • Strong knowledge on SQL
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRA
  • Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • BS or BE degree preferred
  • Banking experience is preferred
Tech Skill Sets:
  • Experience in maintaining existing Test Environment, Release, and Infrastructure teams to manage and control schedules of projects that proceed through test network.
  • Manages test data and environments; supports Quality Management Data Analysts in creating test data management approaches in support of business domain
  • Manage multiple environments including System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
  • Experience in writing scripts in Load Runner
  • Experience in running the tests from HP Controller and Performance Center
  • Experience in performing End to End performance testing and analysis
  • Experienced in all phases of Performance testing Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Monitoring.
  • Providing Application tuning and recommendations
  • Knowledge of different Application Servers, Portal Technology and SOAP, REST services.
  • Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, Linux/Unix.
  • Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRA
  • Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM
Tech Skills Preferred:

  • Knowledge on monitoring tools like Wily intra-scope, Grafana, App dynamics etc.
