Job Description

  • Own end to end delivery of the L&D curriculum for the emerging technology business that enables operating at scale and growth
  • Drive change management initiatives across geographies that are aimed at creating awareness and adoption of the L&D curriculum for the emerging technology business
  • Engage with business leaders and managers to understand capability building requirements, design solutions and deploy as part of the curriculum
  • Build capacity for the curriculum offerings by assessing demand, setting up facilitator pools and scheduling sessions across geographies
  • Track key metrics related to L&D (demand, participation, feedback, business impact etc.) and create an executive dashboard for communication to business leaders
  • Promote the usage of technology enabled training solutions
  • Engage with vendors for delivery of select associate level programs and setup governance mechanisms for tracking coverage and effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, experience working with global virtual cross-functional and external partners
  • Appreciates nuances in engineering space
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or allied areas with atleast 5 years experience in L&D with overall experience of 10 years or more.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require planning with shorter turnaround times, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies for competency development
  • Ability to express thoughts (written and verbal) cohesively inline with audience needs, across managerial levels
  • Experience of having worked with stakeholders across geographies and cultures
