Job Description

US IT Recruiter(Night Shift)Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaShift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)Duration - Full Time/ PermanentWork Location: Prudent Technologies & Consulting, Ashoka Capitol Building, 4th Floor, Suite 404 Opposite KBR Park, Road No 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034 Telangana, IndiaJob Description

  • Must have sound experience in USIT Staffing/Recruitment/ 2-5 years experience).
  • Well versed with all kind ofUSVisa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C ).
  • Understand IT requirements and deliver qualified consultants
  • Capable of handling End to the End Recruitment process.
  • Experience in Recruiting consultants on Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-time positions.
  • Knowledge of the Tax terms (W2) is great to have.
  • Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and referrals
  • Make as many as calls to get the best possible submission and send tons of emails to get the right talent
  • Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate interest and competence
  • Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talents in that area
  • Experience working on VMS requirements.
